Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations tasks at the assigned post. A week-long onboarding course provides best practices, tools, and guidance to ensure success.

The role includes coordinating tasks, supervising staff, updating post orders, and training new employees. A valid guard license, driving record, and customer-service orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry/law enforcement/military preferred.
• Valid state Guard License required; background check and drug/alcohol test.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordinating security contract operations at the site.
• Supervise and coach shift supervisors or security professionals; evaluate performance.
• Maintain post orders and training information; ensure post is clean, organized, and up-to-date.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees; orient and review post orders.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications within the Security Department; relay information to staff.
