Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising, training and coordinating security operations at the assigned post. The role includes directing security professionals, maintaining post orders, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive supervision and reporting.

You will participate in interviews, on-the-job training, and incident response, while aligning with client instructions and company procedures to deliver reliable security

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Valid state Guard License and background check.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the site under the Account Manager.
• Supervise shift supervisors or Security Professionals; motivate, coach and train.
• Evaluate work performance and make recommendations on assignments.
• Maintain and update Post Order manuals and ensure post is clean and organized.
• Assist in interviewing and on‑the‑job training of new employees; orientation to post and emergency response.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs; distribute communications to security staff.
