Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Oregon to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. You will schedule work, nurture client relationships, and ensure high-quality service while managing incidents, compliance, and safety standards on client sites.

The role emphasizes payroll oversight, performance coaching, and cost-conscious staffing, with a focus on minimizing non-billed overtime and maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered tech to schedule security officers and meet contract hours.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships: be the primary contact for clients and ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond professionally and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
