Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact; ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to escalated security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory of uniforms/equipment.
