Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. You will drive service quality, protect people and property, and build strong client relationships in a dynamic environment.

This role emphasizes scheduling optimization, payroll oversight, and incident response, with a focus on compliance, safety, and cost control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Two+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to assess situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and controlling costs.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing levels, minimize non-billed overtime, and control inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships and act as the primary contact to deliver high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, overseeing training, safety, and inventories.
