Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will drive client relationships, oversee payroll and performance, and ensure compliance with safety and site standards.

You will coordinate security incidents, maintain operations, and leverage technology to optimize scheduling and efficiency, contributing to a safer environment for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience leading, coaching, and retaining a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships and serve as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with coordination among clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operations, training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
