Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Experience leading and developing a team, managing client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence.
• Strong financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by acting as primary contact for service quality.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training and inventory control.
