Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a security supervisor in Austin, TX to oversee client-site operations on shift and lead a team of officers. You will report to management and ensure the delivery of high-quality security services that protect people and property.

The role requires 3+ years as a security supervisor, a valid license if required, and the ability to manage access control, CCTV, and incident reporting while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3+ years in security supervisor roles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift and report to Director or management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Maintain and train staff per client and Titan standards; develop post orders and procedures.
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems; sign in visitors and vendors.
• Record data accurately and maintain logs; provide excellent customer service.
