Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site on the assigned shift. You will manage a team of officers, schedule work, and ensure top-tier security services to protect people and property.

You will report to the Site Supervisor/Director and coordinate training, incident reporting, and adherence to post orders. The role requires English proficiency, a valid license where required, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman/Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.
• Maintain post orders and procedures for emergency reference.
• Train and qualify to work assigned post; understand post instructions.
• Maintain access control procedures and use CCTV systems as needed.
• Observe and sign in visitors; monitor cameras; respond to incidents.
