Job summary

Marksman Security in Temple, TX is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations on assigned shifts. You will manage a team of security officers, schedule, train, and coach staff while ensuring high-quality security services to protect people and property.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3 years of supervisory security experience, and a valid security license where required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3 years of prior security supervision experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bi-lingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report to Director or management.
• Lead security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Maintain post orders and site procedures for emergencies.
• Maintain access control procedures and CCTV/visitor management systems.
• Record data accurately and maintain logs for incidents and property.
• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
