Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site. You will manage security officers, coordinate training, and ensure high-quality services to protect people and property.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related supervisory experience, with English proficiency. Weekly on-site duties, strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years of related supervisor security experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screening.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations at an assigned client site on shift.
• Manage security officers including scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate investigations with site management.
• Maintain logs, post orders, and incident reports for management.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
• Ensure access control and CCTV systems are properly used.
