Job summary

Marksman Security is a nationally recognized security provider offering client-site supervision, training, and incident response. This role focuses on managing a team of officers, ensuring top-tier service, and maintaining safety across client properties.

Responsibilities include coordinating training per Titan's standards, maintaining logs, and providing excellent customer service while protecting people and property in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or related experience.
• Valid security license if required by state, driver's license as applicable.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual considered a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Maintain a working telephone contact.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods and ability to lift at least 50 lbs., work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on an shift.
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman/Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching, fostering a positive work environment.
