The role focuses on guiding operations, optimizing staffing, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will schedule with AI-powered tools, develop staff, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring compliance, incident response, and site excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety and site standards; manage inventory.
