Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five years of physical security experience.
• Experience managing operations across multiple regions.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including an MVR check.
• Ability to complete drug screening as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality security services.
• Maintain professional, responsive communication with client management and address concerns promptly.
• Evaluate service quality, identify performance gaps, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Lead and support site managers and coordinators to meet client requirements and KPIs.
• Develop staffing schedules to meet client requirements and operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, training, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and present reports and audits to clients and senior leadership.
