Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of people and properties you protect. You will guide, develop, and motivate your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage scheduling with AI-powered tools, oversee payroll and performance, strengthen client relationships, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance and inventory control across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing teams and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance, training, safety, site operations standards, and inventory management.
