Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable means of communication.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening.
• Associate’s Degree and 1 year of security operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising officers and supervisory staff.
• Ensures service expectations are met by contacting clients and inspecting posts for quality.
• Meets with line management or client representatives for updates and issues; supports client start-ups.
• Coordinates orientation, training, development and retention of staff; coaches and disciplines as needed.
• Maintains and submits payroll records and client reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains a positive, professional environment in compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Communicates scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record-keeping to ensure smooth service delivery and labor-cost control.
