Responsibilities

• Track special events and visits.
• Provide high-quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Ensure access control, escort, and tour protocols are followed at SpaceX facilities.
• Coordinate with Security leadership and the SPOC as needed.
• Initiate notifications and response measures for incidents or emergencies.
• Assist emergency responders on SpaceX site.
• Prepare clear written incident reports.
• Report maintenance issues and alarms.
• Build relationships with SpaceX departments and with landlords when applicable.
• Stand post, escort duty, tours, and related tasks as directed.
