Job summary

APCO International is seeking a Security professional to monitor control room cameras, alarms, and phone lines for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will dispatch Public Safety Officers, log activities, and ensure badge access is properly managed across facilities.

The role requires multi-tasking in a high-stress environment, strong English communication, and proficiency with standard software. Training on security systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• CPI certification active within 90 days of hire.
• AED certification active within 30 days of hire.
• Florida driver's license with approved driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and dispatch Public Safety Officers to incidents.
• Handle high-volume calls (20–25 per hour) professionally.
• Manage badge access and log changes for staff and contractors.
• Maintain camera systems and conduct security checks across facilities.
• Record incidents, update logs, and coordinate with responders.
