Job summary

Allied Universal Fort Worth is seeking an Assistant Security Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training and daily operations at the assigned post, following client instructions and post orders. The role includes coordinating tasks, supervising security professionals, maintaining post orders, conducting on-the-job training, and reporting.

A background in security with valid licenses and strong communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in professional-level security roles preferred; law enforcement/military background welcome.
• Valid state guard license or eligibility; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of executing the security contract at the site under Account Manager guidance.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and train Security Professionals and evaluate performance.
• Maintain and update Post Orders and training materials; ensure site is clean and organized.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; provide on-the-job training and post orientation.
• Oversee reports, logs, and handoffs; distribute information to staff as directed.
• Manage sub-units in Security Dept. (e.g., control room, loading docks) as applicable.
• Respond to incidents; notify Account Manager and stakeholders in a timely manner.
