Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring safety across sites in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive scheduling, oversee payroll and performance, and coordinate incident response while maintaining strict compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team with strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control staffing costs and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance, training, safety, site standards and inventory control.
