Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic client-facing team.
• Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and control costs.
