Job summary

Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking an OC Operator to respond to alarm activations, monitor video, and inform clients about security events. You will assist with building access, manage special projects, and perform admin duties in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

We value bilingual candidates and provide comprehensive benefits. The role is 100% in office, with a Thursday-Monday 5am–1:30pm schedule, supporting a leading property technology platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or security experience.
• NTX and Alarmist qualification a plus.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Excellent customer service and phone demeanor.
• Ability to work various shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm activations and inform clients of security events.
• Monitor and analyze video for security incidents.
• Assist clients with building and elevator access security.
• Support special projects and perform administrative duties as required.
• Maintain professional, accurate and efficient service to Kastle's clients.
• Collaborate with IT, Client Services, PM, Service and Remote Video Monitoring.
