Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable RSOC Operator to monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarms across multiple sites. You will respond to emergencies, coordinate security responses, and document incidents in the incident management system.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of security or call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a 24/7 security operations center. Reliable transportation is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of security industry experience.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate security responses.
• Investigate incidents and assemble incident reports.
• Monitor security alerts and triage incidents by severity.
• Take action to mitigate incidents via remote monitoring.
• Document incident response timelines and actions.
