Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in real-time monitoring or emergency communications.
• Ability to triage incidents and document actions clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with incident records.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring platforms.
• Must meet background and clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems in real time and maintain situational awareness.
• Receive, assess, and triage alerts; decide escalation actions.
• Dispatch security personnel and responders as needed.
• Escalate incidents per severity and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed incident records in management systems.
• Monitor threat intel and social channels for risks.
• Support coordinated response during incidents and emergencies.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and agencies.
• Troubleshoot security systems and alarms; assist with operations.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and investigations.
• Participate in drills and training to stay ready.
