Job summary

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking an Assistant Account Manager – Security Operations in Pooler, GA. The role supports the Account Manager and coordinates with the Branch Manager and sales team to oversee an unarmed security officer team at a contract site.

The position emphasizes supervising staff, recruiting and developing officers, maintaining post orders, and building client relationships to resolve issues and ensure site security is optimal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in military police, law enforcement, corrections, security, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise shift supervisors, security officers, and site activities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop officers, and handle disciplinary action.
• Maintain knowledge of site requirements and keep post orders current.
