Job summary

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a dependable Security Site Lead to coordinate daily operations and guide personnel at an assigned location in Pooler, GA. This role combines team oversight, schedule coordination, and administrative duties with hands‑on coverage when staffing needs arise.

The successful candidate will help maintain post coverage, uphold workplace standards, and mentor staff, while adapting to changing priorities in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of security management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to guide employees, coordinate assignments, and support daily operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to meet licensing or certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments and verify that all posts have coverage.
• Monitor employee performance and adherence to procedures and appearance standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of staff on assigned shifts.
• Manage scheduling changes due to call-offs and minimize overtime.
• Provide temporary post coverage when needed until relief arrives.
• Track uniform supplies and ensure appearance standards are met.
• Prepare accurate activity summaries and incident reports.
• Communicate updates to management and client representatives.
• Document policy or procedural concerns and take appropriate action.
• Maintain organized records and post documentation.
• Transport, deliver, or retrieve company equipment as assigned.
• Keep work areas tidy and presentable.
• Complete additional operational tasks as directed.
