Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Experience with DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR tech.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and numbers.

Responsibilities

• DMP, Verint, Parabit, Hanwha systems management.
• Manage a steady volume of inbound/outbound calls with professionalism.
• Oversee escalation to service, iparts procurement, and sales.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for escalations.
• Maintain follow-up communications on customer expectations.
• Work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the company and customer.
• Create and maintain technical and best-practice documents.
• Be on-call to provide support for critical issues on a rotating schedule.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.
