Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking an Account Resource Manager to support Security Operations Center activities. The role interfaces with Bank of America implementation and maintenance teams to coordinate burglar alarm and digital video system support at banking centers, remote ATMs, and other assets nationwide.

The ARM blends technical and managerial duties, focusing on performance metrics, root-cause analysis, and cross-team collaboration to meet customer expectations while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; 1–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to support DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and/or QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady volume of inbound/outbound calls with professionalism.
• Oversee escalation to service, iparts procurement, and sales teams.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for escalation issues and follow up communications.
• Interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
• Create and maintain technical/best-practice documents.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain detailed, organized records and multi-task effectively.
