Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; 1-3 years related work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Security Operations and Command Center (SOACC) Support Specialist for Bank of America implementation and maintenance teams.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to meet performance metrics and resolutions.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions across a nationwide footprint.
• Create and maintain technical and best-practice documents.
