Securitas Technology Corporation seeks an Account Resource Manager – Electronic Security to support Security Operations and Command Center (SOACC) across banking centers and remote sites. You will interface with Bank of America teams, oversee escalations, and help deliver reliable burglar alarm and video system services.

The role blends technical and managerial duties, emphasizing customer satisfaction, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and service teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to support DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies or QA/QC procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to correlate data and numbers for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Bank of America implementation and maintenance teams.
• Support burglar alarm and digital video systems at banking centers and remote locations.
• Manage escalation to service, parts procurement, and sales teams.
• Coordinate follow-up communications and set customer expectations.
• Work independently, make decisions in the best interest of the company and customers.
• Create and maintain technical and best practice documents.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues on a rotating schedule.
