Securitas Electronic Security Inc. Riverside, CA is seeking an Account Resource Manager to support Bank of America integrations, coordinate escalations, and align service delivery with client expectations across a nationwide footprint.

The ARM role blends technical and managerial duties, demanding strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. A technician background and training in DMP/Verint/Parabit/Hanwha are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred; 1-3 years related work experience.
• Support DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic Six Sigma knowledge and QA/QC desired.
• Strong attention to detail and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to correlate data for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Bank of America Implementation and Maintenance teams.
• Manage escalation to service, procurement, and sales teams.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for issue resolution.
• Maintain communications with customers and internal teams.
• Provide on-call support and maintain documentation.
