Securitas Electronic Security Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks an Account Resource Manager blending technical and managerial duties to support the Bank of America implementation and maintenance teams. You will interface with customers, drive performance metrics, and coordinate between Securitas, subcontractors, and the service team.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to create technical documentation while on-call for critical issues on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred, 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to support DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma knowledge or QA/QC familiarity helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Ability to analyze data and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with Bank of America Implementation and Maintenance team.
• Manage escalations to service, parts procurement, and sales.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for escalation issues.
• Maintain follow-up communications with all parties.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues on a rotating schedule.
• Create and maintain technical/best-practice documents.
• Interface with customers, colleagues, and technicians to meet expectations.
• Work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the company and customers.
