Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tooling to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by acting as the main contact for clients and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment, etc.).
