Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in Moreno Valley to lead daily security operations and drive exceptional service. You will guide security officers and supervisors, manage scheduling with AI technology, and maintain strong client relationships.

This role requires a proactive leader with solid experience in security management, payroll oversight, and incident response. A high school diploma is required, with licensing as applicable by state law; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or while conducting business.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence across training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
