Job summary

Prosegur in Seattle is seeking an Account Manager – Security Operations (24/7 Client Site) to lead client satisfaction, contract delivery, and site performance. You’ll guide site leadership, ensure post orders are followed, manage scheduling, and drive KPI results for safety and service quality.

This role demands 3–5+ years of leadership in security or related ops, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency with scheduling systems like WinTeam and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with state security guard licensing requirements and training standards.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems such as WinTeam and MS Office; data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to create concise reports and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Client Success & Relationship Management
• Run weekly/biweekly client check-ins and QBRs
• Translate SOW into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans
• Own scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime control; partner with Recruiting
