Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. in Downtown Seattle is seeking an Account Manager for Security Operations to oversee a 24/7 client site.

You will lead the client relationship, contract delivery, and team performance, ensuring post orders are followed and KPI targets for safety and service quality are met. You will manage scheduling, staffing, and overtime, working with Recruiting on pipeline health, site inspections, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations and account/site management experience.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with state security guard licensing requirements and training standards.
• Comfortable with scheduling systems such as WinTeam and MS Office; data-driven decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to create concise reports and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and satisfaction; own client success and relationship management.
• Lead site leadership and officer teams; ensure post orders are executed and updated.
• Translate the SOW into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans and follow-through.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and drills; ensure adherence to licensing and training.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Supervisors/Officers; conduct regular performance huddles.
• Foster safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement; enforce policies and standards.

Location: Downtown Seattle, WA

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

with after-hours, weekend, and emergency availability as required

Compensation

$90,000 annually

Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Success & Relationship Management

• Translate the Statement of Work (SOW) into daily execution;maintaincurrent post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve service issues and escalations; develop corrective action plans and follow-through.
• Operational Excellence
• Own scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime control; partner with Recruiting on pipeline health.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and drills; ensure adherence to SOW, licensing, and training.
• Maintainaccuratesite documentation (site books, post orders, emergency procedures, equipment logs).
• Team Leadership
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Supervisors/Officers; conduct regular performance huddles.
• Enforce policies and standards consistently; recognize and rewardstrong performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Risk
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, state/local licensing, and company policy.
• Lead incident response and reporting (near misses, injuries, property damage, workplace violence).
• Partner withthe GM/HR on investigations, accommodations, anddocumentationbest practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership in contract security, facilities, hospitality, or related operations (account/site management preferred).
• Proven client-facing experience with strong service recovery and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of security operations, incident management, and post order development.
• Familiarity with state security guard licensing requirements and training standards.
• Comfortable with scheduling systemssuch asWinteamand MS Office; data-driven decision-making.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

Education & Licensing

• High school diploma or GEDrequired;
• Must hold/obtain andmaintainany required state/local security licenses and permits for assigned sites.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if role requires driving between sites).
