Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. in California seeks an Account Manager to own client satisfaction, contract delivery, and team performance for assigned accounts. You will lead site leadership and officer teams, ensure post orders are executed flawlessly, manage scheduling and overtime, and drive KPI results (safety, service quality, and attrition).

Please note: This position is not eligible for remote work. Employees must work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification required.
• Must hold/obtain state/local security licenses and permits.
• Strong client relationship and service recovery skills; security ops knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationship management and weekly client check-ins.
• Translate SOW into daily execution; maintain post orders and SOPs.
• Proactively resolve issues; develop corrective action plans.
• Own scheduling, staffing, and overtime; partner with Recruiting on pipeline.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and drills; ensure licensing and training.
