Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional client service. You will drive scheduling, develop teams, and maintain strong client relationships to protect people and property.

The role focuses on coordinating incidents, ensuring compliance, and optimizing site operations with a client-centric approach across multiple accounts. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize overtime.
• Hire, coach and manage security staff, oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Be primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
