• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the perimeter, parking areas, entry points, and critical infrastructure spaces.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems, verify authorization, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs to support a professional environment at a high-availability location.

Pay Rate: $24.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology data center by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the business perimeter, parking areas, entry points, and critical infrastructure spaces.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and support a professional, customer-focused environment for a high-availability technology location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
