As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driving Role in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and follow site procedures for entry, escorting, and badge control.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
