Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Construction Protection in Mesa, AZ. You will guard client sites, perform routine unarmed patrols, manage access points, and respond to incidents while delivering strong customer service.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, at least 1 year in security, and a high school diploma. CPR is preferred. This is a full-time role with a daytime to night shift schedule at a technology location.

Qualificações

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity; report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following escalation procedures.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports and patrol documentation and communicate with site contacts.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, or facility hazards.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and documentation procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
