As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Entry Log Driver in Deer Park, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access-control points, verify credentials and authorizations, process visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate access-related records for a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, perimeter locations, and parking areas while observing for unauthorized access and unusual conditions.
• Communicate professionally with personnel, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
