• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and notify site contacts or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.

Pay Rate: $16.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the chemical and petrochemical location by verifying credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and access-related records; issue and recover badges or other authorized access devices as directed.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, perimeter areas, and assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
