Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Patrol Driver for Deer Park, TX. This role offers reliable, flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $14.75 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The position supports part-time scheduling with the possibility to scale to more hours, including up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Competenze

• Possess TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Patrol Driver in Deer Park, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA‑issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
