Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lead at a hotel or resort location in Minneapolis, MN. You will coordinate security communications, monitor alarms, dispatch personnel, and maintain accurate dispatch logs while ensuring guest and staff safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include 18+ for armed/unarmed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification and customer service experience are preferred.
• Alarm-panel experience and comfort with computers/tablets are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest, visitor, and staff security by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor communications, respond to requests for assistance, and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications per site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to supervisors or emergency responders as required.
• Monitor cameras and alarms to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
