Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor communication systems, respond to requests, and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications per policy.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed to supervisors or responders.
• Monitor cameras and alarms and report unusual activity to deter incidents.
