Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests and property in Minneapolis, MN. You will patrol hotel and resort common areas, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to security concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required by law.
Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, staff, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort areas, guest spaces, parking, service corridors, and perimeter locations.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a welcoming environment.
Document patrols, incidents, and observations clearly for Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
