Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Position in Minneapolis, MN. You will coordinate security communications, monitor alarms, dispatch personnel, and maintain logs to ensure guest and staff safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, with a full-time schedule and a pay rate of 20.15 per hour. A background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in security or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, vendors, and staff by following site procedures.
• Monitor communications systems, receive requests and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and key-control documentation.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to supervisors or responders as needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security systems and report unusual activity.
