Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, and perimeters to deter incidents and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious behavior and policy violations to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and document observations and concerns.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and documentation procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and operational concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
