What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking facilities, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security‑related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures and coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit at the location.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least four years of military or law enforcement experience or possess a criminal justice degree.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or licence is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or licence is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
